A good customer relationship starts with a clear overview. With the Qymatix account view, you can access all the key customer information you need. This information is presented clearly and can be integrated directly into your daily sales activities.

This feature is accessible to all user types. The level of access varies depending on the user’s role within the company. For example, sales managers and key account managers have full access to all customer information, KPIs and forecasts. Basic users mainly see the customer list and receive insights as soon as they click on a customer account. The system automatically recognises which functions are relevant to your daily work.

Qymatix is not a complete CRM system, nor does it aspire to be one. Instead, it complements your existing solution in the area of sales, providing concrete recommendations, clear data and intuitive visualisation. Some sales teams even use Qymatix as their intelligent, AI-supported CRM system because it offers precisely the functions they need.

The customer overview provides a quick overview. Customers are displayed alphabetically or sorted by last activity, and can be saved as favourites or narrowed down using filters. Leads, customers and resellers are clearly labelled. Assignment to industries often follows the common NACE classification, ensuring consistent data for subsequent analyses.

Many settings are predefined by design. This allows Qymatix to use machine learning effectively and provide reliable forecasts. Of course, changes can be made. Administrators can adjust them via the company settings.

When you open a customer account, you will have access to key information, including current forecasts, price recommendations, cross-selling potential, and important master data. You can create, edit or delete customers, provided that no sales campaigns or transactions are linked to them. You can also maintain the industry, number of employees and turnover of a customer here, which is important for the quality of your analyses.

Qymatix helps you organise your sales work more effectively and efficiently. The software shows you which customers to speak to, which current plans are in place, and where to act quickly.
