There are three types of account types: admin, standard, and basic.Basic accounts have limited access rights and can only access objects such as sales opportunities, actions and accounts created by themselves. Standard users can create and edit groups, where they can assign access rights. This feature is useful to organise your sales teams per regions, Key Accounts, or sales departments. It should replicate the sales structure of your organisation.

Three important notes. Only Qymatix admin can adjust the user’s list of Industries or branches of her accounts and the user’s currency. Not every Key Account Manager is a user. Only users’ types “admin” can merge Key Account Managers with Qymatix users.
